Hi, I'm Kaytlin
I've been obsessed with wine long before it was my job. Not just wine itself, but what it represents. A bottle opened is rarely just a drink. It's a catalyst, a reason to slow down, to connect with someone in a way you didn't expect to. I believe a customer's connection to a bottle starts long before a purchase is made, and that belief shapes everything I do.

It started with words. A Journalism and Public Relations degree taught me that every brand, no matter the industry, lives or dies by the strength of its story. How it's told. Who it reaches. Whether it makes someone feel something.
Â
From there, I studied Viticulture and Enology at Napa Valley College, not because I planned to make wine, but because I believed you couldn't market something you didn't truly understand. The vineyard. The vintage. The decisions made between bud break and bottle. That foundation changed everything about how I approach strategy.
For nearly a decade, I've worked from the inside. Large-scale portfolio wineries. Intimate, family-owned estates. I've lived the rhythm of harvest, understood the weight of a family legacy, and learned what keeps wine club members loyal and what makes them quietly cancel. That range of experience gave me a nuanced understanding of what makes wine brands resonate and what it actually takes to grow them in an increasingly competitive DTC landscape.
Â
When the time came to build something of my own, I knew exactly what it would stand for.
